Welcome to the Atelier des Coteaux Lodges & Experiences
Our workspace “L’Atelier” is fully modular to meet all your professional needs. With a surface area of 45 m², the workroom is very bright and offers an ideal setting for business meetings, brainstorming sessions, and plenary presentations.
Fully equipped (video projector, screen, Wi-Fi connection, flip chart, etc.), it facilitates the smooth running of your work sessions. Break areas are also provided, with free access to coffee, herbal tea, and water fountain.
(Additional note) : The room opens onto a magnificent private terrace of 180 m² , offering breathtaking views of the swimming pool (natural pool) with free access and the surrounding valley. This outdoor space is ideal for organizing relaxing breaks, yoga or sophrology sessions, or simply sharing a meal outdoors or moments of conviviality.

40 minutes from Agen, a central location in Lot-et-Garonne. 30 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Marmande.
3 hours from Paris, making it easy for companies based in the capital, for example, to organize.
(Additional note) : For responsible and committed companies, the Tonneins SNCF train station is located 15 minutes away by car.

Every morning, a buffet breakfast is served at l’Atelier, featuring a selection of fresh, local products to get your day off to a good start.
For gourmet breaks or light lunches, we offer tasty and generous appetizer platters made with local products.
If you would like a more elaborate meal for your groups or companies, we can organize private lunches or dinners in collaboration with our local partners.
